My experience with Top Tier Roofing was, overall, nearly excellent. It was a pleasure working with Angelo, starting from the contracting process to the end of the project. We're so glad we found Angelo for our roof repairs! Our flat roof was deteriorating, and water was going off of the edge of the roof without draining properly. Angelo responded immediately to our inquiry and was prompt with providing a reasonable estimate, acquiring materials, and coming out as scheduled. Even when the weather was unpredictable, he was communicative and kept us up to date.

Angelo walked us through the issue with leaking at the edge of our flat roof and showed us with photos what had gone wrong with previous repairs we had done with a general contractor. He removed a problematic drip edge installation and graded the edge of the roof so it would drain properly into the gutter. The work was efficiently done in a fairly tight space and everything was cleaned up completely. We trust his expertise and timeliness with the repairs and will return to him for any issues with other parts of the roof.
