My experience with Top Tier Roofing was, overall, nearly excellent. It was a pleasure working with Angelo, starting from the contracting process to the end of the project. Their pricing was a bit higher than I expected for my flat roof project. However, Angelo's team did an excellent job and completed the work within the quoted time frame. On top of that, Top Tier Roofing provided a 20-year warranty for their work and material. I am very pleased with the high-quality output and believe the money was well-spent.

Angelo was very responsive and clear in all of our interactions. He was up front about pricing and any changes as we went through the process. He and his team went above and beyond.
Mr. Angelo was a gentleman from beginning to end. His response time was excellent and he was very knowledgeable about my condition and made great suggestions on how to rectify the situation. After his inspection of the roof he suggested a new roof was needed. Within 2 days a new roof was installed and his price was affordable. He also corked my bedroom window as a favor and any leftovers or garbage was removed and not left curbside. Oh and everyone had a great attitude. TOP TIER ROOFING is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Top tier did a great job fixing a leak in my roof. I had several companies look at the project and Angelo was the only one to show me pictures of the cracks where the leak was coming from, and give me multiple options on how to fix it. The job was done in a week from estimate to completion. Would highly recommend!

Angelo and team did a great job recovering our flat roof and adjusting the slope to drain properly. We did have to find another professional to replace our leaking pitch pockets (where the HVAC systems enter the roof) but I would recommend their work to anyone with a simple flat roof setup.

We're so glad we found Angelo for our roof repairs! Our flat roof was deteriorating, and water was going off of the edge of the roof without draining properly. Angelo responded immediately to our inquiry and was prompt with providing a reasonable estimate, acquiring materials, and coming out as scheduled. Even when the weather was unpredictable, he was communicative and kept us up to date.
My roof was leaking after a heavy rain and Top Tier Roofing came very quickly and patched my roof and also showed me the drone footage after the repair is done. I don't see see any water marks in my ceiling any more. Thank you for your service

Angelo walked us through the issue with leaking at the edge of our flat roof and showed us with photos what had gone wrong with previous repairs we had done with a general contractor. He removed a problematic drip edge installation and graded the edge of the roof so it would drain properly into the gutter. The work was efficiently done in a fairly tight space and everything was cleaned up completely. We trust his expertise and timeliness with the repairs and will return to him for any issues with other parts of the roof.
